Multi-Discipline Engineer familiar with the design and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection building systems. Primary discipline should be electrical engineering with a Department of State secret level clearance. Candidate must travel to Kabul, Afghanistan for a minimum of two weeks with the purpose of surveying existing electrical, mechanical ,plumbing and fire systems. The systems that must be reviewed include but are not limited to medium voltage emergency generators, medium voltage switchgear, site lighting, transformers, fuel oil systems, domestic water treatment systems, building management systems, and power monitoring systems. Upon completion of the site survey, the candidate must provide sufficient detailed documentation of the survey to become the basis of design for new systems.
