URS is currently seeking HYDROLOGY/WATER/DRAINAGE - CIVIL ENGINEER.
One year deployment, single status

Location: Balad Air Base, Iraq

Requirements:
• US Citizen
• *Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense SECRET security Clearance OR already have an ACTIVE Secret clearance.
• Physically fit and able to travel and work overseas in a harsh, desert environment.
• MUST HAVE HYDROLOGY ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from an accredited university and have a minimum of 5 years design experience for roadway, storm drainage, water resource and airfield projects.
• Experience and ability to perform hydrology and hydraulic design calculations for surface water flows, complex enclosed drainage systems, calculations and modeling for culverts, bridge openings, and storm water detention, drainage ditches and linings, storm drain systems, stormwater management infrastructure, energy dissipating devices and erosion and sediment controls is required for this position.
