URS is currently seeking a GEOSPATIAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST.
This is a contingent position dependent upon the award of a contract.

One year deployment, single status

Location: Balad Air Base, Iraq

Requirements:
• US Citizen AND "Clearable"- National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) OR by possessing an active U.S. security clearance.
• Physically fit and able to travel and work overseas in a harsh, desert environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or GIS-related field and have 5 years experience in GIS work developing and maintaining databases, implementing mapping and analysis in ArcGIS 9.2, and working with AutoCAD.
• MUST be proficient with MS Office - INCLUDING Excel, Access and Microsoft Project. Experience with ArcGIS extensions - 3D Analysis & Spatial Analysis, Programming in Visual Basic or related programming language
