If you are not a match with this position but possess city-building engineering or construction experience and willingness to work in Middle Eastern countries, please send your resume to: hir@bestbrightest.com. Hourly Internet Recruitment is proud to source resumes for global Engineering, Project Management, Construction and Maintenance organizations, and occasionally for search firms.

The way this works: I am a resume sourcer. Employers notify me when positions become available and ask me to find matching resumes. If you send a resume to me it is acknowledged, so you know it arrived. I review resumes to see if the basic qualifications are met for the position and if so, I forward the resume to the potential employer. This is normally the end of my involvement with your resume; so, from me, you normally receive only the initial acknowledgment.

In most cases, I don’t have more information on the position or project than what I put in the ad to forward to applicants.

If the resume is close but not a match, I might save it for awhile. If it is not close, probably not. Sometimes I’ll send an informal email, i.e., I don’t have the right job available but I can direct you to someone who might. This is done as my guess and only as a favor to all parties.

The employer may or may not acknowledge receipt of the resume to you, so my acknowledgment may be the only notice you receive before an employer contacts you.

Applying for the same job twice is usually not a good use of your time or mine.

Good hunting!
