Position: Subsea Production (Procedure Writer)

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 1-2 years

Job Requirements: Candidate for this position must have subsea operational experience with onboard control s for reservoir management, flow assurance, well treatments, reinjection of gases and water, maintenance of reservoir pressure balance, emergency actions for blowouts and pressure controls of the Subsea Systems. Experience with Cameron provided equipment is a plus.

Experience Needed: Ideally this candidate should have experience in writing procedures for the above activities, or experience in managing a team of writers as a Subject Matter Expert who can continue in the development of the project as support for conducting/participation in operational workshops and establishing decision trees/logics that will help direct the development of an exhaustive suite of procedures. Knowledge of what procedures are required for the initial set of control and production procedures and various other Standard Operating Procedures ideally required for shipboard activities under control of the owner’s production crew, which have responsibility as the technical operator for the reservoir, production, treatment and storage on board the Floating Production Storage and Offshore vessel (FPSO).
