Contract / Temp to Perm / Permanent: Permanent
The facility is a nominal 490 MW combined-cycle electric generating facility. The plant features two Siemens V84.3 combustion turbines and one Siemens steam turbine generator.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years of power plant or similar turbine experience
Responsibility for maintaining and/or troubleshooting gas turbines and steam turbines
Responsibility for maintaining and/or troubleshooting high voltage equipment (69kV or higher)
Demonstrated experience managing power plant outages or similar maintenance experience
Two or more years of experience supervising skilled craft represented by a collective bargaining agreement
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Professional suite
Five or more years of experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Demonstrated experience with Root Cause Analysis, Preventive Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance
Ability to organize and delegate responsibility within the Maintenance Department
Strong leadership and motivational skills
The following qualifications are highly desired for this position:
Maintenance or operating experience with a Siemens V84.3 or similar gas turbine
Maintaining high voltage generators, transformers, and associated equipment
Demonstrated experience maintaining demineralized or reverse osmosis water systems
Demonstrated experience managing a major gas turbine outage
Demonstrated experience using MS Project for project planning or maintenance outages
Demonstrated experience using Maximo for maintenance planning
