Per Se | Energy has an upcoming need for a Plant Manager Advisor. This is a 3 year position at a coal plant in Chile.
Position Description
Responsilbe for coaching and guiding the Plant Manager in all facility activities such as:
Safety best practices
Capital spending budget
KPI development
Availability/Reliability
Environmental and community relations
Third party contract management
Procedure development/approval
Position Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the maintenance, operation, or planning for coal-fired thermal generations plants
Minimum of 3 years in the role of Plant Manager
