Contractor will need knowledge of OSHA requirements including Process Safety Management (PSM) The position must also be knowledgeable in HS management systems and the leading industry of HS , inititatives and best practices (e.g., behavior based safety and total event reporting) Possess excellent communication and computer skills. Good mentoring and coaching ability as well as consulting with managers from all levels. Knowledge of EPA, state and local environmental regulations and requirements for one or more of the following: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Texas. Thorough knowledge of Title V, SARA, RCRA, NSPS, This position requires a high energy person with the ability to plan and prioritize environmental efforts. Must have experience in negotiations with regulators and the ability to establish company standards on a consistent approach to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
12+ years of Safety & Health experience in refining or petrochemical industry. Must serve as the technical expert for Safety & Health with the ability to lead in a multi-functional organization.

B.S in Safety & Health Engineering or Science, Certified Safety Professional preferred.
