Job Title: Inventory Manager
Job Location: Berwick, LA

Annual Salary: 60-70k

Job Description: Responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels of assigned products as well as providing information and support regarding inventory to all areas of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Plant Management team to ensure completion of day-to-day responsibilities and realize strategic goals.
Work with internal groups affecting inventory to ensure that targets for inventory turn and inventory spend are met.
Monitor inventory reports
Establish required processes in order maintain inventory strategic goals Establish processes using the Lean tools and techniques to ensure optimum inventory levels and receipts to maximize cash flow Identify, troubleshoot and participate in cross-functional teams / projects to resolve / improve operational issues and systems.
year college degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or relating business
5 years manufacturing experience or related to discipline above Good computer skills, SAP a plus
6 Sigma and Lean experience a plus
Must be organized, able to work independently and make decisions with and without direction Self motivated with good presentation and communication skills
