Job Description: BOP Stacks
This person needs to have a working knowledge of Sub Sea BOPs and Sub Sea BOP stacks.
SAP experience a definite plus. He/she must be able to assemble, test and trouble shoot Sub Sea Stack assemblies. He/she must be able take on the responsibility of a crew of assemblers, welders, inspectors, service hands, outside vendors, etc. Must be knowledgeable in hydrostatic test procedures.
This person must have good organizational skills, be team oriented and work well with others, must be able to motivate employees and promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to maintain a good rapport with customers. Must be able to conduct productive meetings and planning sessions.
Long hours is generally a requirement of this job.
Minimum of three years Sub Sea BOP experience is preferred. Working safely and maintaining a safe work environment is a condition of employment.
