Washington Division of URS is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager that will in Houston, TX.
Candidate must be flexible and mobile to transfer to various office or field assignments. Initial work location to be determined. Candidate will oversee planning, scheduling and cost and reporting functions. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field.
• 7+ years experience in a supervisory role. 5+ years field experience.
• A minimum of 15 years experience with an Engineering, Construction or Procurement company.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and supervision responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Primavera and Prism.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
