Immediate need for a Branch Manager in Williston, ND for our client who sales, services and distributes flow control equipment for the Oil & Gas Industry. Must have a strong sales background in the Oil & Gas industry, along with management, and profit/loss experience. Pay is commensurate upon experience and relocation is avialable.

Summary-Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant, or assigned territory of industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures.

Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.

Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.

Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets.

Directs preparation of accounting records.

Recommends budgets to management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises approximately 6 to 7 employees in the Service Center Location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
