System One is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor on a 12 month contract position located in Denver, CO.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
Will support the quality control, safety and general construction oversight to ensure our contractors and subcontractors are working within our policy on safety, following specifications for their project.
This role will mainly follow the base capital projects and will bounce around the Denver area potentially up to Pueblo maybe Steamboat Springs, however 90% of the time will be in the Denver Metro area.
Responsible for quite a few different projects including repair work on combustion turbines, coal plants. It could also be electrical projects, mostly low voltage below 1000 Volt and Hydro plants.
Work closely with the project managers reporting directly to them.
Overall responsibilities are to oversee safety, provide quality control, and ensure the contractors are following specifications.
100% field traveling to and working between the different plants to work on base capital projects.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:
Construction knowledge as well as renewable energy, including fossil plant, coal burning plant and well as combustion turbine generating plants in addition to solar and wind.
Hydro plant and plant generating experience
Basic skills in Word and other Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required as well to conduct PowerPoint presentations, budgeting on Excel spreadsheets, etc.
8-10 years renewable/plant construction background. (Gas, coal, hydro, wind and solar)
