LOTO Coordinator
Omaha NE Area

System One is currently seeking a strong LOTO Coordinator to complete the start-up and commissioning of:
• 2 simple cycle combustion turbines (SGT6-5000F)

This position will require the ability to perform/ document installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and operation of industrial process instrument and controls during all commissioning and operational phases of the project.

LOTO Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of industrial power & process plants operation and hazards contained within.
• Responsible for the identification and control the hazardous energy to protect personnel and equipment utilizing the corporate Lock Out Tag Out procedure is required.
• Working knowledge of isolation and protective devices used to perform hazardous energy control.
• Thorough knowledge on using all forms of drawings (P&IDs, One Lines, Isometrics, Schematics).
• Supervises other personnel assigned to the LOTO team to ensure they are following all applicable rules and regulations to maintain personnel and equipment safety.
• Working knowledge of electrical safety (Arc Flash, Arc Blast & Shock Protection) and how to verify proper isolation of power.
• Ability to advise and train anyone project related on the hazardous energy control program.
• Ability to maintain files and records of training and isolations.

LOTO Coordinator Requirements:
• Associates degree in an electrical technology related curriculum or equivalent job related experience (two years of experience equals one year of college)
• Five (5) years experience operations or a power or process plants and responsible for lock out tag out daily activies
