Description:

Responsible for managing marine construction and repair projects including:
*Dock Repair

*Erosion Control

*Fender Installation and Maintenance

*Dredging

Lead a small team as well as crane barge rig.
Seeking a leader to direct, teach, hire and train as necessary to run an efficient team and job site.
Operational responsibilities include:

*Safety Compliance

*Materials Order Fulfillment

*Equipment Inventory Management

*Plant Management

*Purchasing

*Quality Control

General responsibilities include:

*Scheduling

*Training & Development

*Reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Marine Construction.
Must be hands-on and have extensive experience driving 16-18" pile using diesel hammers (wood & concrete).
Ability to set-up the job (shoot lines, build templates)
Seeking a candidate that can read engineering plans, perform field modifications and material take-offs.
Pour pile caps and decking using pre-stressed concrete panels and/or forming concrete decking
Heavy equipment operator
Metal fabrication / welding
Knowledge of crawler cranes & rigging

Salary Requirements: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE FULL BENEFITS, TRUCK, ETC...
