Seeking a highly motivated Terminal Manager with Container Yard experience for a very active terminal operations facility averaging up to 300 interchanges per day.

Responsibilities include managing complete terminal operations including administrative, maintenance & repair, yard operations, and driver business functions. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and placing new personnel. Qualified candidate will be a take-charge leader that is "hands-on" while at the same time can create an environment where every employee contributes and is responsible for the success of the team as a whole.

Will direct and coordinate activities of terminal employees to provide cost effective, timely, quality service to customers. Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations. Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes.

Requirements include:
• 5 years minimum experience as a terminal manager
• Intermodal operations experience & knowledge required.
• Strong leadership qualities, integrity and professionalism a must.
• Management experience up to 30+ employees.
• Must have the ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Salary Requirements: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE Annually
