Instrumentation and control technician needed for full time position
Our firm is currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated I&C technician to join our combustion audit team. This person would be weekly reporting to sites on our firm’s behalf and conducting safety audits of boiler and industrial oven fuel trains and controls. We have a very highly developed protocol and checklists. We would provide training on our process and protocol.
The best candidates will live near a major airport. Our firm prefers someone from the Midwest, (Cleveland works best, but greater Detroit also works). We will consider those from any geographic location but access to air travel is important to us.
The best candidates will have experience with packaged boilers and or industrial ovens. Experience in troubleshooting burners, (Maxon, Eclipse, North American), including heat treating equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of PLC’s and programming would make you more valuable to us. This position requires a drug free & criminal record free candidate. We will have to do a background check. You must have a drivers license. Great communication skills and being presentable to clients is vital.
