Assembles, finishes, cleans, reviews, and reworks various parts in the assembly of electronics components for aerospace and avionics equipment.
May also perform assembly of metal components and other similar products.
Operates equipment and assembly machines.
Reviews and reworks components and assemblies.
Average order is around 20 pieces, so will work with various components day-to-day.
May record or report data.
Time under microscope will be based on the area the candidate works in.
Cleans and touches up finished products through the use of predetermined solvents, as well as removing excess flashing, blemishes, etc.
