The Operations Shift Supervisor (OSS) will be responsible for the startup and initial operations for all permanent plant equipment and systems from Commissioning completion until Substantial Completion and handover to the Customer.
The OSS will interact directly with Construction and CSU disciplines leads to ensure the plant is ready for startup and that the startup strictly follows the approved procedures for the facility. The successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule as required by the project, including but not limited to split shift, nightshift, holidays, and/or weekends.
