Lassembleur lectronique ralise lassemblage de cartes PCB et effectue la soudure de composantes lectroniques pour la production, en suivant des plans et procdures dtaills dans un environnement de type salle blanche.
Responsabilits
* Assembler des cartes PCB en respectant les plans, schmas et instructions de travail en franais et en anglais.
* Effectuer la soudure de composantes lectroniques sur les cartes PCB en appliquant les techniques de soudure appropries et les normes de qualit tablies.
* Raliser des oprations dassemblage lectronique incluant le sertissage (crimping), linstallation de connecteurs et la manipulation de composantes lectroniques sensibles.
* Lire et interprter des dessins techniques, des schmas lectroniques et de la documentation dingnierie pour excuter les tches dassemblage et de soudure.
* Utiliser des outils de mesure et dinspection pour vrifier la qualit des assemblages, en appliquant une grande attention aux dtails.
Comptences Essentielles
* Diplme dtudes secondaires.
* Au moins 3 ans dexprience en lectronique dans les 5 dernires annes, incluant la soudure de cartes PCB et lassemblage lectronique.
* Capacit lire et interprter des dessins et documents techniques en franais et en anglais.
* Exprience ou capacit dmontre travailler avec des ordinateurs et des logiciels, incluant Microsoft Office.
* Solides habilets en soudure de composantes lectroniques sur PCB.
* Comptences en assemblage lectronique, incluant la manipulation de cartes PCB et de composantes sensibles.
Environnement De Travail
Lenvironnement de travail est extrmement propre, de type salle blanche (white room), avec une temprature modre et contrle pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des quipements et la qualit des assemblages lectroniques. Lquipe compte environ 48 techniciens, dans un contexte syndiqu o la langue parle sur le plancher est majoritairement le franais. Les candidats doivent porter des vtements de protection, des couvre-cheveux et des chaussures spcialises pour viter llectricit statique et respecter les exigences de lenvironnement contrl. La formation se droule de jour, gnralement de 7 h 15 h, pendant quelques semaines. Par la suite, les postes se font sur le quart de travail de laprs-midi, de 14 h 30 00 h 30, du lundi au jeudi, offrant un horaire concentr sur quatre jours.

* Perform soldering of electronic components on PCB boards using proper soldering techniques and established quality standards.
* Carry out electronic assembly tasks including crimping, connector installation, and handling of sensitive electronic components.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, electronic schematics, and engineering documentation to complete assembly and soldering tasks.
* Use measuring and inspection tools to verify the quality of assemblies, applying strong attention to detail.

After training, roles move to the afternoon shift from 2:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday to Thursday, offering a compressed four-day workweek.
