LICENSED JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS - $48/HR | U.S. CITIZENS & GREEN CARD HOLDERS | CAPE CANAVERAL AEROSPACE PROJECT | OT + PER DIEM


Strategic Partner Solutions is actively recruiting Licensed Journeyman Electricians and Apprentice Electricians for a major aerospace reconstruction project in Cape Canaveral, Florida.


This project supports the restoration and reconstruction of critical electrical infrastructure at a secured aerospace facility. We are building an initial workforce of electricians to support a long-term reconstruction effort with immediate staffing needs.


PRIORITY HIRING


State Licensed Journeyman Electricians are our highest priority and are strongly preferred for initial mobilization.


Candidates with active state journeyman licenses, medium-voltage experience, industrial construction experience, troubleshooting experience, and prior work in mission-critical, utility, aerospace, or federal facilities will receive priority consideration.


PROJECT DETAILS

• Location: Cape Canaveral, FL

• Anticipated Start Date: Week of June 22, 2026

• Duration: 4+ Months Minimum | Potential Extension Beyond 1 Year

• Schedule: Two 12-Hour Shifts | 24/7 Operations

• 6–7 Days Per Week

• Significant Overtime Available

• Per Diem Available for Qualified Travelers


COMPENSATION

Licensed Journeyman Electricians

• $48.00/hour

Apprentice Electricians

Up to $30.00/hour DOE

• Competitive Pay Based on Experience

• Overtime Available

• Weekly Pay

• Per Diem Available for Qualified Travelers

For many travelers, working in Florida can result in higher take-home pay compared to similar projects located in states with state income tax.


SCOPE OF WORK

Work will include installation, termination, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and restoration of medium-voltage AC and low-voltage electrical systems within an active industrial construction environment.


Responsibilities may include:

• Conduit installation

• Cable pulling

• Wire terminations

• Equipment installation

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints

• Electrical system restoration and repair

• General industrial electrical construction activities


LICENSED JOURNEYMAN REQUIREMENTS

• Active State Journeyman Electrical License strongly preferred

• State Licensed Journeyman Electricians highly desired for initial staffing

• Industrial, commercial, mission-critical, aerospace, utility, or medium-voltage experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

• Experience with conduit installation, cable pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and equipment installation

• Ability to work extended schedules and overtime


APPRENTICE REQUIREMENTS

• Electrical construction experience preferred

• Ability to work under supervision of experienced electricians

• Must be willing to work extended schedules and overtime


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• OSHA 10 Required

• OSHA 30 Preferred

• NCCER Electrical Certification Preferred

• Lift Certification Preferred

• Forklift Certification Preferred

• Medium-Voltage Experience Preferred

• Industrial Construction Experience Preferred

• Mission-Critical, Utility, Data Center, Aerospace, or Federal Facility Experience Preferred

• U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Only

• Federal Background Check Required

• Drug Screen Required

• Must be able to obtain site access credentials for a secured federal facility
