QA Analyst
Rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.
Contract to hire- located in Montgomery, Al.
Please send me your resume in word format.
Experience with the Microsoft technology suite, including Visual Studio 2012 or greater, Microsoft Test Manager, and Team Foundation Server 2017.
Proficient in SQL.
Experience creating Test Scripts using Microsoft Test Manager 2015; working with users to define acceptance criteria.
Experience with automated and manual regression testing.
Experience with RoboHelp software is a plus.
Essential qualifications for functional analyst, software tester/test script writer, documentation specialist:

Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance; ability to formulate test condition scenarios, write and execute test cases, and report results so others may replicate, to include development of continuity manuals and design documentation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient computer skills; strong English writing skills, including sentence structure and grammar, excellent verbal English skills; problem-solving and problem-analysis skills. Ability to successfully operate in a multifunctional task-oriented environment; ability to conduct training in front of a group; write SQL queries and conduct validation using various technical tools.

Minimum 3-5 years in a Quality Assurance environment. Training involving planning and developing technical methods for validation of defects and non-conformances, the identification of unsatisfactory trends and conditions. Documentation review to identify adherence to standardized format requirements and accurate data entry of documentation. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, and without need for oversight.

Software testing and user acceptance testing in a lifecycle development environment, producing detailed quality assurance test plans, scripts, reports, and reviews demonstrating a thorough knowledge of application methods and techniques, special processes, test and performance requirements. Able to give technical direction to otherwise competent workers. Conduct formal and informal design reviews. Experience evaluating application operations when difficult and questionable phases of malfunctions are found.
