Program Description:
NAVSUP PBLO Procurement and Acquisition Support

Jobs and Duties:
• Initiate, submit and track Purchase cards, SAP, MAC, Task Order, ODC and MILSTRIP purchases in accordance with SPAWAR policies
• Track procurement phase milestones
• Provide weekly/monthly financial reconciliation reports
• Receive and review Purchase Order invoices
• Review and update PBL/ILS Top Ten Demand drivers
• Review and update bi-weekly PBL-O Telcom presentations
• Participate and attend bi-weekly PBL-O Procurement and Logistics meetings
• Schedule future purchasing requirements and material forecasting demands
• Research Invoicing and Final Payment issues
• Obtain Repair/Purchase quotes from various OEM’s for purchasing actions
• Work with PBL-O technicians to create bench stock replenishment plans
• Warranty Tracking of Material

Required Knowledge and Tools:
• Working knowledge of SPAWAR Procurement Policies and Procedures with regard to Purchase CARDs, SAPs, MACs and Task
Orders.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Desired Knowledge and Tools:
• DAU Acquisitions (Recommend classes from the Life Cycle Logistics Courses) and or Logistics Certifications

Special Needs:
• Steel toe shoes
• Potential for minimal overtime if required
