Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Contract
Tasks include extensive data entry, mail handling, scanning documents into Passport, filing documents electronically, generating spreadsheets, vendor maintenance/updating with AP, locating and requesting police reports, verifying insurance coverage for responsible parties, special projects, entering info on issued Safety Advisory cards into Passport, tracking workers’ comp recoveries, mailing Safety Advisor follow-up kits, etc.
3-5 years of office administrative/clerical experience and/or in claims environment. Working knowledge of Outlook applications.
Duration: 12 Months Hours a week: 12-15 Part Time
