- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications
- Proficient PC / typing skills
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Previous call center or related customer service experience
The Inbound Contacts Representative represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. The Inbound Contacts Representative performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
