Project Manager Assistant (7195948)

We are looking for a strong administrative assistant to join a growing local company as a Project Manager Assistant. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the owner of the company as well as sharing responsibilities in project management. Our client is looking to interview immediately.
Basic Job Duties:

  • Interface with customers to return calls or provide answers

  • Communicate with vendors to order parts or obtain parts pricing

  • Handle multiple projects at a time

  • Write summary scopes of work in DTools

  • Generate and write summary scopes of service work or Equipment sales in Service Manager-Great Plains Dynamics

  • Gather information using Internet, phone, files, and/or company software for job estimates or existing jobs

  • Basic administrative functions including answering phones, filing, managing mail, and preparing documents


  • 2-3 years of administrative experience

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - preferably someone who has processed Change Orders

  • Must be able to work autonomously and find solutions independently without impacting efficiency

  • Knowledge of PC computer systems including: Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

  • Strong customer service presence

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Must be a self-starter, capable of working with minimal direction

  • Sales background preferred, but not required

  • Project coordination experience preferred, but not required

  • Any type of construction knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge of DTools preferred, but not required

  • Experience in accounting software programs such Great Plains preferred, but not required

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Lynnwood, WA
