Pre-Integration: Candidates must understand that it will be fast paced. They will be taking measurements and mounting braces. Must be able to work individually but there really isnt any electrical work Must be able to read schematics & lift 50lbs. Need to be okay with doing one task because it is very repetitive work. Dont sell the candidates on moving into a different area. They are busy and candidates will be there a while. Candidates will start a 6 week training program to learn the below job duties: o Install and integrate electronic and power equipment per Build Specifications and/or Configuration Instructions, follow customer specific Installation guidelines. That is where you screw in 5g/4g equipment, power, fuse panels, etc. look at document and then translate/do it. Then run cables off that power cables off that 6guage, 8 gauge, run alarms off it. Integrate hardware, configure & test equipment (rectifiers, LTE equipment) o Identification, disposition of OEM equipment UMTS and LTE telecommunication equipment per specific WWT customers.
