The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information.

Responsibilities
Responsible for developing strategies that support business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.
Identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need.
Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.
Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training.
Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options.
Collaborates with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.
Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.   
Attend daily project meetings over Teams.
Support NetComm Operations in all activities required to successfully complete the project.
Learn new applications and tools for a wireless network to support device migration.
Updating or developing business processes via Visio or Word. Assist the Operations team update functionality tests performed in System Test environment into testing tool HPALM. Generating daily/weekly/monthly reporting on project progress.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
The candidate will possess three to five years of experience in the field of analysis.
Ability to follow and execute technical tasks within workflow documentation.
Ability to remotely access servers and networked machines.
Ability to manipulate excel sheets to include use of macros.
Ability to handle and clearly engage over the phone, and in person, with other business partners to complete tasks.
Ability to present reports or data metrics to others within a virtual meeting, or within a group meeting.
Ability to create presentation documentation such as power point.
Ability to create job aides using established templates and update business process in Visio.
Ability to open, work, and close testing scenarios in HPALM. Ability to load, run, and update software/firmware on devices.
Ability to generate and calculate metrics such as bandwidth usage within a network communications environment.
Ability to present data within established GIS systems such as Webviewer.
Ability to create, manage, and store files within established file storage systems such as SharePoint.
Familiarity with Outlook to process emails related to work tasks.

Desired Skills/Attributes

Familiarity with SAP systems such as Enterprise Asset Management.
Ability to run basic database queries in SQL, Access and handle large quantities of data.
Ability to generate established reports in various reporting systems using data filters within systems such as Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI and Remedy.
Ability to generate ad-hoc reports in established reporting systems such as Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI and Remedy.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit/ stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day.

Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.  The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
