Seeking Program Director (Key Personnel) candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC. This as a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Functional Area Professional - Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Program Director (Key Personnel) Oversees overall program performance, ensuring strategic alignment, resource management, and successful delivery of procurement and IT consulting services across all task areas.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Program Director | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0007006] (NCDPC0007006) Candidates:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in managing significant projects and processes.
Must have the ability to manage and direct large and complex project tasks covering contract administration which may include acquisition planning, RFP/IFB preparation, market research, cost and price analysis, evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract closeout.
Ability to research and define multiple project scopes, schedules, and targets.
Provides expert advice and guidance to agency senior level staff members.
