About CHS Globals

CHS Globals LLC is seeking experienced, dependable commercial satellite and telecommunications technicians to join our growing nationwide installation team.

We specialize in the installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and servicing of DIRECTV systems at commercial and Lodging & Institutions (L&I) properties throughout the United States.

Our projects include hotels, resorts, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other large commercial properties.

We are expanding our technician network and looking for individuals interested in consistent, long-term work with extensive nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and service commercial DIRECTV systems.

• Work with COM3000, DRE, AEP, and related commercial distribution equipment.

• Install and configure satellite dishes, headend systems, receivers, and network equipment.

• Perform coaxial and Ethernet cabling, signal testing, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Complete commercial installations in occupied hotels and other institutional environments.

• Perform system testing, commissioning, and customer walkthroughs.

• Document completed work and communicate project progress with management.

• Assist with emerging broadband and internet installations, including Positron-based systems as projects expand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous DIRECTV commercial installation experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with COM3000, DRE, AEP, or similar commercial satellite distribution systems.

• Knowledge of RF distribution, coaxial cabling, Ethernet networking, and low-voltage systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.

• Experience working in hospitality, healthcare, or large commercial facilities.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide.

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Travel Expectations

This is a nationwide traveling position, not a local installation job.

Technicians must be comfortable traveling extensively, working on assignments lasting multiple weeks, and moving between project locations as needed.

Time at home will depend on project scheduling and operational requirements. Applicants must have the flexibility to accept extended travel assignments.
