Position Summary:

The Marketing Co-Op will be an integral part of our Marketing Team and will be responsible for handling research and project work.

Department: Marketing
Reports To: Preconstruction Team
Status: Full Time, Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Research new Construction projects and perform competitive analysis.
• Review business development opportunities within multiple geographical locations and document specific requirements.
• Develop action plans for department projects and assist with business plans.
• Work collaboratively with internal staff and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Marketing or Business Major.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
