[Millwright] Conveyor installers

TKO Construction Services is looking for experienced and skilled Millwright candidates to install conveyor systems in large distribution centers all over the country. Crews support all phases of project, fabrication, assembly, modifications. Prefer individuates that have work experience in related industries and are considered highly mechanically inclined. Must have own tools and required safety gear. Strong attendance a must.
Typical candidates have 1 to 5 years’ experience in construction, industrial maintenance, welding, carpentry, mechanics, metal fabrication and rigging.
Mechanical Conveyor Installer Responsibilities:
• Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Mechanical Conveyor Installer will repair/ maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery, and/ or equipment.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
• Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
• Must have steel toe work boots, hard hat, safety glasses and basic hand tools

• Tool box or bag
• Tape Measure
• 7-10 in level
• 3/8 Ratchet set with Standard Sockets ranging from 3/8 to 1 inch (deep well recommended)
• Standard wrench set
• standard Allen wrenches
• speed square
• 2lb sledge hammer
