Job Description:
Top 3 musts:
CLass B CDL or higher
construction
worked outdoors
hard worker
good job tenure

Must have at least 5 years experience as a drilling technician. Experience can be as a land based driller help or roughneck for onshore drilling operations.

They will be a driller helper or driller involved with running the drilling equipment, set up and operations and maintenance of drilling equipment. This is geotechnical drilling as they drill deep foundations for structures.


Work Environment:
First day responsibility for helper:

Ability to transport drill rigs to and from sites as well as operate drill equipment on sites.

Qualifications:
Disqualifiers:

Never worked outdoors
Never worked on construction sites
Poor driving record

Performance Expectations:
Best vs Avg.

Class a CDL license
