Our maintenance operations is comprised of professional engineers, certified quality control inspectors, and experienced maintenance technicians with proficiency developing and executing highway infrastructure maintenance contracts throughout the United States.

Position Summary:

Jorgensen has an immediate opening for an experienced Facility Administrative Coordinator in support of a corporate leased property in San Diego, CA. We desire an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service and with technical skill sets and aptitude for occupancy coordination and work order systems. Must be customer service oriented, be a self-starter, have professional manner, be organized, be able to make informed decisions, and have a willingness to learn. Tasks will include coordinate and schedule Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC), manage daily moves; coordinating with internal technology and building services team; monitor and maintain record drawings for MACs, includes terms and new hires; conduct quarterly occupancy floor audits; handle customer inquiries and issues; create purchase orders and track expenses.

Minimum 2 years in a facility management environment
Ability to interface with customers (communications, problem solving, work prioritization & scheduling)
Familiarity with occupancy management, JDE or CMMS systems a plus
MS Office products required
Reliability and flexibility

High School Diploma or GED
College education preferred
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. Criminal record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Practical work experience
Exhibit strong customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Self-starter with a professional manner
Neat, clean and presentable appearance
Ability to adjust to dynamic work environment
