Position Summary
The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for handling daily administrative duties for the Human Resources Department and Recruiter as required.

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Director
Status: Part-Time, Hourly

· Responsible for applicant tracking (entering and maintaining all applications)
· Answering and returning calls to prospective candidates
· Supporting HR Administrator, Recruiter, as needed
· Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors as required for HR Department
· Special project based work
· Filing, record keeping, data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks

· 2nd year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
· Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office and Viewpoint a plus

Necessary Attributes:
· Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
· Team player and with excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Dedicated and hard working
· Excellent organizational skills
