Maintains Scheduling of Craft Labor and Equipment: Creates and maintains daily manpower schedules on the computer and scheduling boards. Allocates and adjusts resources for pump/place finish based on schedule requirements; this includes manpower and equipment needs, and confirmation of concrete orders. Communicates work assignments to field co-workers on a daily basis including project location and directions, work activity, time, and necessary equipment. Generates and distributes time and sign-in sheets daily for projects. Maintains regular communication with Superintendents regarding project staffing needs versus co-worker availability. Works collaboratively within the Scheduling Department to resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. May be responsible for daily time reporting in OPC.
Assists with Payroll to Ensure Co-Workers Receive Accurate Compensation: May provide check routing list to payroll. Communicates and pays out travel expenses/per diem to co-workers. Generates and submits co-worker Status Reports. Ensures the co-worker classifications are in accordance with prevailing wages for projects as needed. Works with payroll to define shortages and adjustments.

Participates with Craft Hiring: Follows Company Recruitment and Hiring Guidelines. Provides employment applications to prospective craft co-workers. Reviews submitted applications for accuracy and completeness. For applicants selected for employment, communicates requirements for pre-employment drug screening, orientation, and the project location. Maintains co-workers data in appropriate online systems and scheduling boards, including trade classification, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, E-Verify status and special training/certifications.

Work Environment: Work performed indoors and the office noise level is usually moderate.

Job Requirements
•High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years related construction experience
•Bilingual Spanish required
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
•Ability to compute ratio, percent, and to interpret graphical information
•Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Proficient with Internet
