The Irvine, California office is currently seeking a part-time individual to provide administrative support to the facilities and route services teams. The position is part-time (25 hours per week) and preferable hours are 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills, and proven computer knowledge with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The right candidate shall be distinctively computer literate with the ability to learn and administer the facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and be the first point of contact. Knowledge of HVAC and/or facilities services is a plus.
