We are searching for a Millwright that lives within a 2 hour radius of Fort Wayne for a company based in the Fort Wayne, IN area. You must have mechanical aptitude, welding experience, fabrication experience, great work ethic, able to work long hours (possibly in heat), be a team player, and able to travel for 2-3 weeks at a time. Most of the travel is in the Midwest and Texas/Southern states, usually gone for 2-3 weeks, home for 1 week, and then on the road again. If you have a crane certification that is a plus, but not a deal breaker.

This company is a leader in industrial ventilation, air pollution control and turnkey dust collection systems. They design and install systems that deal with common particulate control as well as lead, acid gases, and hazardous fume control.

The company specializes in These Areas:
Industrial Ventilation Systems, Field Services, Dust Collection, Systems Fabrication, Painting Services, Heat Recovery, Systems Hoods and Duct work, Air Make Up Units, Gas Cooling Systems, Acid Gas Control, Engineering Services, Hazardous Waste Neutralization.

Travel is paid straight time from the home office to the job site and the return trip from the job site to the home office, they do use company vehicles. Travel / Road Crews receive $18-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + $40 per day per diem and paid hotel room. The company offers 401(k), stock distribution (enrollment begins from day 1), and Health Benefits Package.
