This is a 5-6 week turnaround (beginning 9/9/19) with potential for continued work immediately afterward. Journeyman pay is $36-$38 DOE/License. The work schedule is 7-10's. Perdiem is $135 and available for qualified candidates. Qualified candidates are also eligible for travel pay!

The Journeyman Electrician must maintain a professional attitude continually assisting apprentices with technical knowledge and guidance. One must maintain a productive work ethic and communicate with piers and supervision. As a key member of our team the Electrician has the following responsibilities:
Safety: The Electrician must maintain a safe work culture following all company policies and procedures.
This may include:
Knowing, interpreting, and communicating with the safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Identifying and reporting safety violations encountered in the workplace.
Participating in Job Safety Analysis and safety meetings.
Performing inspections on equipment and tools ensuring safe operation.
May be required to wear specific PPE depending upon job scope.
Maintaining 100% tie-off when on any structure or equipment when required.
Employee must not exceed rated weight limit of provided equipment. (For example, maximum load rating for ladders commonly used and maximum weight for safety harnesses. The availability of specialized equipment cannot be guaranteed at each jobsite; therefore a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds is established as an occupational qualification for an Electrician at C2C Technical Services, LLC. For our employees’ safety, C2C Technical Services requires that all field personnel monitor their weight and report themselves for possible special assignment on a temporary basis if their body weight exceeds 300 pounds at any time. C2C Technical Services does not guarantee that an alternative assignment can be made. If C2C Technical Services employee suffers from a medical condition which causes his or her weight to exceed 300 pounds, that employee has the right to request special accommodations. By law, C2C Technical Services employee requiring accommodation must bring it to the attention of his or her supervisor or another C2C Technical Services Manager with authority to consider and respond to the request. Medical verification of such condition is required.)
Complying with the correct use and care of PPE. And ensure all personnel reporting to me are in compliance.
Reporting changes in exposure to hazardous conditions that might require a follow-up assessment of the task for PPE.
Reporting and replacing defective or damaged PPE.
Wearing of required PPE is a condition of employment.
Duties: The Electrician shall be capable of carrying out multiple tasks with little or no supervision. They may be required to work in various conditions and perform specific job site duties.
This may include:
Having fundamental knowledge of electrical components
Understanding and reading various electrical schematics.
Working a non-standard work week exceeding 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
Operating and performing minor maintenance on equipment and tools.
Frequently will be required to climb various ladders and structures.
Assisting and performing strenuous work with heavy equipment or tools. (When lifting items over 50 pounds assistance will be required.)
Completing any duties specified by craft supervision in a timely manner.
Frequently assisting in down testing and start-up activities.
Working in all climate or temperature conditions including various noise levels.
Possess physical, mental, and emotional maturity/stability sufficient to be entrusted with carrying out the duties of specific craft, with or without supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Employee must have a valid Texas or New Mexico Electrical Journeyman License or Texas Electrical Apprentice License and NCCER. One must have at least 5 years experience in related field and attend/complete any classes or training required by C2C Technical Services or its clients. Must take necessary actions governed by the issuing agencies to renew and keep current at employees own expense
