The Workforce Group is currently seeking Millwrights for a shutdown in the Morrilton, AR area.
Title: Millwrights-Pulp and Paper
Repairs, maintains, and installs, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operator manuals, and manufacturers specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pumps, and other production equipment, using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring and testing instruments.

Must have experience with industrial equipment such as pumps, mechanical seals, seal flush plans, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, gearbox, steam turbines, etc.
Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances,
Must have monitoring experience using data analysis, pump vibration analysis, compressor systems, lube oil analysis, etc..
Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
Possess a proficient knowhow of professional hand tools to adequately perform daily assignments.
Review and follow highly technical and complex machinery manuals, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
Clean up at the end of shift to make sure your job site remains well-organized and free of unnecessary clutter.
Have a high level of attention to detail and be punctual
Paper mill experience is required
Current Tappisafe basic is a plus
May require working in extreme hot or cold weather conditions. Requires working standing on feet most of the workday and climbing ladders, stooping, bending, or squatting. May require working in cramped or uncomfortable positions. May be required to carry or lift 50 pounds. Maybe required to grab, hold, turn, push, pull: objects, materials, controls and tools. Will occasionally work at heights, climb ladders and stairways and work off of platforms. Will use vision abilities to focus, see short and long distances, colors, depth perception and peripheral vision. May be required to wear respiratory equipment when required. Strength rating -Heavy. May require using equipment such as brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, jack hammers, paint brushes,
