Foreman – Heavy Civil & Site Work

Tech USA is currently seeking experienced Pipe/Utility Foreman and Grading Foreman and crews for local, leading heavy highway and site work contractors.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible oversight and management of underground utility and/or grading crews.
• 3+ years’ experience as a foreman or operator/lead man for the installation of water, sewer, storm drain, mass/fine grading, paving, etc.
• Supervise and direct crew including operators, pipe layers and laborers.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with cost controls and operating heavy equipment.
• Manages, communicates, and enforces production goals and schedules with the crew.

Requirements:
• 3+ years supervisory responsibility in heavy civil / site work construction, mass/fine grading, paving (concrete/asphalt), & underground utilities for public or private construction projects.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations
• Knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations
