Now seeking a HVAC Service Technicians/Installers. Looking for local candidates only
1 Sr. Service Tech
-Service calls will be 50 miles from the office in Largo, FL.
Candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
-Completing service calls for repairs or installations- individuals may disassemble old units, cut/measure/install new piping, solder for chilled water units/piping.
-Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as chillers, boilers, chilled water systems, computer room units, specialized units, DX systems, split systems, room systems, etc.
-Candidates will report to the Service Manager. He will give the Techs their schedules - Techs should expect their schedules prior to leaving work for the following day.
-IRA OR 401k
-1wk of vacation after 1yr
-health insurance after 90 days
HVAC, HVACR, troubleshoot, chilled water, split systems, roof systems, commercial, boilers, chillers, EPA

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-5 years of HVAC experience
-Candidates MUST have commercial service experience.
-Candidates MUST have a clean driving record due to the fact that they will get a service van once perm.
-Candidates must have their Universal EPA
