ASBECO is looking to hire electrical and mechanical site managers. This position requires 100% travel, therefore, you must have reliable transportation. You must be willing and able to work in the 48 contiguous states. This position pays per diem.
In order to be considered, you must have prior experience or knowledge/understanding of either trade.
In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for contractors and clients and be expected to be a liaison between crew members and management. You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining quality control procedures
Provide daily reports - internal and external
Signing off on timecards
Assemble and manage crew and their performance
Answer inquiries from potential project partners
Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections
Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance across the worksite
Monitoring progress of the project
Liaising with clients or the client’s representatives to update on progress
Keeping staff motivated and focused
