Primary Responsibilities:

· Ability to identify unsafe acts and can correct them

· Ensure subcontractors are on schedule

· Quality control on subcontractor work

· Documentation of daily work performance

· Solve any electrical problems as they arise

Required Qualifications:

· Working knowledge of the NEC code and ability to enforce it

· Ability to communicate with the AHJ

· Work with subcontractors and identify problems to prevent them from becoming major problems

· Walk on uneven terrain

· Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

· Large scale utility scale solar experience

· Self starter

· Quality Control experience

· Project manpower, equipment and ability to relay to subcontractor
