Summary: Resolves all plumbing and related problems for the facility. Performs all preventive maintenance on necessary plumbing equipment and keeps accurate records. Assures that repairs for patient related problems are given first priority Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. 5-7 years experience. Must have Journeyman's Plumbing License. Familiarity with Drain Machine, hand tools, med gas system, Main Water System, burning rig, pipe threading. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally. M-F 7am-3:30 pm shift
