Maintenance Planning Administrator

We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional to serve as the Maintenance Planner Clerk with RAM Enterprise, Inc. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position, located in the Las Vegas and will provide support to our Process Maintenance group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Promote safety as the company’s number one priority
• Scheduling team members and communicating schedules
• Coordinating job related material needs
• Maintain progressive and projected costing sheets
• Change order cost calculation and collaboration with customer
• Assist with timecard issues and final review
• Verifying if equipment has been called off and update accordingly
• Manage fuel card assignment and track active fuel card pins
• Help with lodging reservations
• Have a clear understanding of all the products and services we offer
• Be familiar with our customer base and knowledge of local suppliers required
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Provide support for various department and remote facilities as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Professional level communication skills, with the ability to understand, read,
and write the English language
• 1-2 years minimum experience in a mining construction or similar industry
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Office, including typing
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while prioritizing
projects and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work well independently with little supervision
• HCSS software (Heavy Job and Dispatcher) experience a plus
• Sage Accounting software experience a plus
• Working conditions are standard for an office environment
• Ability to comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Work Environment:
• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
• Regular office environment expectations
o Sitting at least 80%- Standing, walking, and bending at least 10%
• Infrequent travel to job sites may be required. In those circumstances there
are the following industrial environment expectations:
o The environment may include minimal exposure to hazards typical of an
industrial job site
o Personal protective equipment is required when on job sites, including hard
hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear and – as needed-
respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as needed.
