We're looking for janitors/custodians/floor care specialists to join a growing national company. These motivated individuals will be entering large retailers and facilities and cleaning, disinfecting, and performing floor care duties. Candidates will be joining teams and riding along in teams across the Twin Cities to perform all of these duties, rotating between locations daily and weekly.
Entry level candidates will be trained in cleaning, disinfecting, and everything floor care (sweeping, maintaining, stripping, waxing, etc).
Description of Duties:
-Cleaning/disinfecting common areas and desired areas requested by client
-Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors. (Marble floors, concrete floors, metal floors, Terrazzo floors, etc)
-Carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning
-Ride along in teams traveling from site to site
-Additional cleaning/floor care duties per client request

Top Skills Details:
Cleaning and floor care skills are what we're looking for. Candidates must be able to work on their feet all day cleaning and mopping/stripping/waxing/sweeping floors. Cleaning carpet and upholstery is included in these duties. If candidates don't have this experience, they must be willing to get into it and be able to work on their feet all day and get trained in these skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Must be able to work on your feet all shift - this is a labor intensive position
-Janitorial/cleaning experience not required, but must be willing to clean and mop/sweep/strip/wax floors and carpets
-Must be able to submit to a drug screen and background check
-Must pass an MVR to go perm as positions you can get promoted into require driving from site to site.
Preferred but not necessary:
-Floor care janitorial experience (mopping, sweeping, stripping, waxing floors)
-Variety of experience on different types of floors (concrete, marble, metal, Terrazzo, wood, etc)
