We are looking for multiple positions at these locations. Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen, forklift certification (if necessary) and OSHA 10 (if necessary). Must be available to work all shifts

Warehouse Stocker – Pay range is 14 to 16.50 based off of experience

must have knowledge how to operate several pieces equipment, Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product. Drive and operate a reach truck, pallet jack, and/or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock. Hand-stack product on occasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location. Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. Must have at least 1 year experience

Warehouse Specialist - Pay range is 14 to 16.50 based off of experience

- selects product and loads trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse. They may work in various areas of the warehouse such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others. Must have experience including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is desired. Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product. Drive and operate a reach truck, pallet jack, and/or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock. Hand-stack product on occasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location. Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. Must have over 1 year experience.

Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order. Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart. Transport selected cases to designated dock area using power equipment. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products. Must have 1 year experience.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Warehouse Selector II fills customer orders by pulling specified open-case items from warehouse storage slots.
The typical schedule for this position is PART TIME MONDAY- FRIDAY 4AM-10AM. Some schedule flexibility is preferred.
Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
At least 18 years of age.
Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen and other job requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Maintenance III teammate is an advanced mechanic who performs all aspects of troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems as well as general building maintenance support in the distribution center environment.
The typical schedule for this position is 1st shift. Some schedule flexibility is helpful.
Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, dock doors, air systems, racking, CCTV, and interconnectivity cabling (PC/PLC/Server).
Use PLC and online applications to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation malfunctions.
Develop approved system modifications and procure resources needed to complete modifications.
Weld and fabricate as required.
Research parts, tools, and technology.
Train lower grade mechanics.
Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant technical degree OR other professional training.
At least 5 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
At least 4 years of conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance experience.
HVAC and welding certifications.
Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.
Experience with 480V/3-phase industrial equipment and controls.
Knowledge of PLC and computerized controlled automated systems, equipment, and functions.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Basic computer skills as well as experience using a maintenance database such as MP2, DataStream 7i, or Maintenance Connection.

Class "A" CDL Yardspotter
Starting Pay Rate - $17.35 per hour
Shift Hours - 3:00pm to 11:30pm

ABOUT THE JOB:
+ The Yardspotter provides support for trailer movements at the distribution center (3 building locations).
+ Inspect trailers for defects pre- and post-trip and submit inspection reports.
+ Clean and spot trailers to specified doors at 3 ot building locations.
+ Monitor the status of loaded trailers.
+ Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.

1st Ad is for Training Truck Drivers (Must have a CDL A License), Pay range TBD, NO sign on Bonus

A teammate in this job will train side-by-side with a Driver Trainer to acquire the skills necessary to perform the following functions:
• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and handle lines to secure.
• Operates truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer equipment for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Operates Driver Delivery Handheld (DDH), document delivery receipts/product temperatures and exceptions. Inspects trailer to ensure product is secure for undamaged transport of product.
• Rides and trains with Driver Trainer of tractor-trailer to various destinations, gaining knowledge of commercial driving regulations and observing the Driver’s skill in starting engine properly, approaching intersections, making turns, backing, parking, and maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Assists the Driver in unloading trailer and delivering product into customer premises.
• Provides customer service including on-time delivery of undamaged product, product returns and issuing valid customer credits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must:
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet eligibility requirements in the McLane Transfer and Promotion Policy.
• Complete training and receive Class A CDL in 6 months or less.
• Ability and willingness to select/load/unload and/or deliver ALL products that may be ordered by McLane customers.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, reach, bend, squat, and stoop to accomplish the essential job functions.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to verify quantities of product.
• Able to communicate with customers, management, and other teammates.
• Able to safely drive a tractor-trailer, use a 2-wheeled dolly, ramp, and on board PeopleNet devices.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• The environment encompasses all areas of a distribution center, transportation department, shop and customer facilities.
• Working conditions could contain moderate noise, vibration of vehicle and extreme weather conditions depending on climate.
• Regular and frequent travel, including overnight.

Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
