MUST HAVES: General labor Construction, demolition, or physically demanding work experience Willingness to work 50+ hours per week Located within 30 minutes of King of Prussia, PA Day to day responsibilities working out of the King of Prussia, PA branch performing property restoration services with a focus on demolition and water damage. This is a general construction laborer position. They will be doing light demolition and clean up -- basically anything associated with construction labor. Very labor intensive, construction job that requires a lot of hours of work each week. Could be ripping up wet carpet one day, removing damaged furniture and sucking up water that is on the floor. Will use water moisture meter- be taught how to do this. If someone knows how to really utilize a smart phone, they can pick up on this. Will use computers to enter basic job/project information. Being on-call is not an option. It is a 4 week cycle except for major disasters such as Hurricanes or floods. If this happens everyone is on call. ***Candidates could be working on average 50+ hrs a week. This is a non negotiable IF REQUIRED***
