WFG Industrial is currently Hiring Form Carpenter for the Olive Branch, Mississippi.
Position: Form Carpenter
Start: August 1st. 2021
No Per-diem: Local Only
Hours: 5 x 10
Duration: 12 – 16 Months
We are looking for self-driven individuals that likes both carpentry and concrete work, ready to provide help to the crew in order to complete projects in time and within budget. We work mostly commercial construction, both indoors and out. Carpentry work consists of form carpentry concrete footings, pads etc.
Concrete work consists of mostly “flatwork” which includes working on framing, pouring, strike-off, saw-cutting, and cleanup. Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, stamina, physical strength, and numerical skills are skills needed. Applicant shall be willing to be trained on construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project safety/security. We offer a consistent work schedule, and opportunities to advance in both the carpentry or concrete trade.
Physical Demands: May require working in extreme hot or cold weather conditions. Requires working standing on feet most of the workday and climbing ladders, stooping, bending, or squatting. May require working in cramped or uncomfortable positions. May be required to wear respiratory equipment when required. Strength rating -Heavy. May require using equipment such as brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, jack hammers, paint brushes, etc.
